A soothing space to calm the senses
Sonata Private Residences, the much-talked about condominium development in the heart of bustling Ortigas Center, will rise exactly where the old Medical City once stood. The two residential units will each have 29 floors in addition to another 4 levels in the basement reserved for parking. The project offers one, two and three bedroom units from 37 square meters to 149 square meters in floor area, pegged at P85,000 to P90,000 per square meter.
Aside from spectacular views from four sides of the units, amenities include a 25-meter lap pool, a private theater, lounge area, KTV rooms and a gym with sauna. Wi-Fi hot spot area, multipurpose studio and a beautifully designed computer game room will also be available together with relaxing landscaped gardens. Children can enjoy the kiddie pool and playgrounds and can spend their free time on day care center exclusively for the residences. Apart from these, music will be the site’s exemplifying theme.
